Complete breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 1

½ cup (125ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1 banana
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon honey
¹⁄³ cup natural yoghurt
Pinch ground cinnamon
Ice cubes, to blend
 

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
